Health - 9 January 2007

I am a very light sleeper and awake by people walking around the house. I go to bed at 10:30-11:pm and am usually woken up by someone walking around upstairs at 12:00am, then 1am, then 2am..then it takes me another hours to fall asleep again. I wake up in the morning at 6:30 am and am completely exhausted..I cant keep going on like this. Any one have any ideas on how I can sleep a whole night through without waking up from everyone walking around.

I don't drink a lot of water. I get so full so fast. If I drink a gatorade a day...would it compinsate for some of the water??

I have moderate acne, but the ones I do get are the bigger harder ones that hurt and last longer. Ive tried stuff like proactiv but it didnt work I just feel like there IS some combo of products out there tha tcould reduce the ammount I get and help me out. Any help is appreciated! :)

Ok, so i had my daughter a year and a half ago and i had an epidural. i don't know if thats a factor in my back pain, but it hurts sooo bad along my spine that my husband will message my back so hard, his hands hurt and i can barely feel it. does anyone else have this problem??

well i was sitting in college and i was in a art lesson and the people in my class were just talking and than they started joking about me saying this guy in the class realy fancy me,i just strted to cry and the teacher took me out and i said my tummy hurts which it did a little.what they said about that guy fancy when he never and also at lunch time me and some girls from my class were eating lunch and talked about bullying and it just brought back bad throughts which upset me. i was bullyed when i was 5 till i was 16 and im 18 now.im a very emostional person now and find i get upset very easy

My father died of Bowell Cancer over Christmas aged 56. He was claiming Incapacity Benefit but had nothing of any real value, as his eldest son and next of kin, is there any allowance i can claim to help off set the cost of his funeral, he had some insurance but i am not sure if it is still valid? I have been informed but not convinced that i can claim a one off payment, because he was less than 60 years old and that because he paid towards national insurance contributions that this will be paid to me? All his siblings are in full time employment.

well im a busy college student in the process of losing weight. but i was tryin to figure out some healthy meal like for breakfast lucnch and dinner. i want these meals to be kindof easy to prepare cause i dont have a lot of time to prepare things. dont get it wrong i do have a excerise plan, just in case some smart ppl have something to say. but eatin more healthy would make the process so much better. and can u guys be specific and have a good variety. In a moment of boredon i decided to count mine, i've had a total of 74.
40 for a chest wound, 15 in my head, 10 when i had my appendix out, 6 in a cut on my leg and 3 in my foot.
Can any readers beat this?????????
