Dude! Why do surgery and put yourself at risk? Elective invasive surgery is usually not a good idea. Stick with the natural methods:

They lengthen it by cutting the attaching ligaments which reveals about 1-2 inches of "hidden" penis. The downside is that your penis will no longer stand at an angle when erect--it will droop downwards without the ligaments.
