Are there any pay as you go gyms in London?

I never seem to make good enough use of the massively expensive monthly membership options, I'd just like to be able to go to the odd class and have the odd session on a cross trainer.

Loads! Any council run gym operates a "pay as you go" as you put it policy. And they arent the horrible dirty places they used to be! Go to your councils website which will end in gov.uk
