I used to feel the same way until I started going to the gym regularly and spending 20 minutes on the elliptical machine. The first two weeks I felt insanely tired but had trouble sleeping because my heart was pumping (I can only go after dinner). After that, I slept 1-2 hours less per night, but slept better, had more energy, and felt much healthier. I also increased my water intake.

I know this is a worn-out record, but regularly exercising at least minutes 3 times a week really makes a difference. So does drinking more water.

Research in the US last year concluded we sleep in 90 minute cycles, if you waker at the end of a 90 minute period, for example, after 6 hours, you will feel better than if you wake during a cycle, eg, at 8 hours, even if you sleep more hours. Is this theory right? Who knows, most people need 8 hours or less, so you may actually be sleeping too much. Try sleeping a multiple of 90 minutes and see how it does

It could be a lot of things. You could have a viral infection and in that case it's a matter of time before you feel better. You could be depressed, or something is out of sink.
Have you changed your diet, are you exercising less or more than usual? Has there been any change in your life recently?
Are you worried about something? Are you getting quality sleep?
If this is nothing to do with the above and you're still worried about it, then you should see your GP.

i agree with the exercising although i recommend exercising oin the morning after you get up. at first it will be hard, but when you get used to it it's so easy. i exercise with whatever is on tv, usually lifetime or oxygen have workout shows that i like from 6-8. I exercise 30 minutes with that, then go outside and run a good distance, nothing drastic, like maybe a half mile up and down my driveway. Seriously, it really works. I work in a healthcare facility and just heard a doc give the same advice. It gets you pumped for your day and you get better rest at night

It's common for women to have low iron levels. Ask your doc for a blood test to check your iron levels. I went because I was tired after even a short run, and had to have a nap every afternoon. He said my iron level was really low, and that affects the red blood cells, so not enough oxygen is going round. Anyway, it's very easy to treat with iron tablets and now I feel normal again!

Try to eat iron-rich foods too: have a couple of dried apricots with your breakfast (not too many because they give you the runs!), broccoli, red meat.

It could be nothing at all, but it could be a LOT of things. As a sufferer of fibromyalgia, I strongly urge you to go see your doctor. Write down ALL of your symptoms and everything that you're eating and drinking for a few days prior to your visit.

No matter what they tell you, if you don't feel you're improving or that the doctor is taking you seriously, FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!! Sadly, it took me more that 12 years to get a diagnosis. Be persistant.

you should ask your doctor to run a test on you to see if your thyroid gland is working correctly. Also, you can tell your doctor how tired you feel all the time, it could be something as simple as low blood pressure or it could be depression. Most importantly you should see a doctor.

Are you eating properly and drinking lots of water.
Think of your body like a machine/engine... It needs fuel to keep it going!
