yes...it's normal. if you think about it, the penis acts as a pump to expunge the sperm that the testicles make. you can't emit all of the semen at once. some is going to stay inside the urethra and leak out slowly afterwards, usually when his penis gets flaccid again and the tissue around it softens. it's like the inside of a hose being wet after you turn off the spicket, right?

this is a good thing to know, by the way, since a lot of people who withdraw during ejaculation in order to avoid pregnancy do it again later. the sperm can stay in teh urethra and impregnate you during that second time. (in walks my son!!!) lol
