The OTC sleeping pills have tired do not help, and seem to just make me nervous. Any suggestions without a prescription? I just want to sleep!!

For example, eating too much. I am now at least 100 lb over weight. I have come to the conclusion that it is because I hate myself. I will not blame it on a glandular issue. Also I often think about quiting my job where I am loved and respected. It seems I cannot accept people liking me. Is this normal.

How does one break these self distructive activities?

I take singing lessons and recently had an exam. I was really nervous, butterflies in stomach, kness trembling, etc, but during one of my pieces i actually felt a burning feeling in my chest, like sudden warmth and tingling, right in the middle of my chest.
What I would like to know is has anyone else ever felt this when they were nervous or something? And does anyone know what it could be?

I was wondering how much it costs, does it work, are there any sign-up specials on now, are there any hidden fees (need yo buy their supplements, etc. Any advice/personal experiences? Or, is there another that you would recomend (L.A. Weight Loss, TrueStar, etc.) I can't loose weight on my own!

My jaw/mouth has been hurting for about a week now. It hurts in a certain spot whenever I open my mouth. Its almost like the pain I had before I had my wisdom teeth taken out. Any ideas what might be causing this?

I noticed her rubbing her right eye last night, then this morning her eyes swollen just that one eye, she seems other wise fine no disconfort. What can it be, pink eye ?, im not real sure, my thought is to see if the swelling goes down any throught out the day, and if her eye is still swollen by tom.i'll take her in to the doc. I may give her a dose of benadryl. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I am a 23 year old nusing a 6 month old. the only major med issue I have had is I have half a thyroid on my right side, no medication has been needed. Ok this is my problem My back will start to hurt on the right side, just in the area of were my love handles would be. It starts out slow and dull. It gradually gets worse and wraps around to my abdomen. the pain is the worsed I have ever had, yes I say that even after having a baby with no block just IV pain med. I can not stand up strait and there is no position that will relive it. I just lay in pain and cry untill it goes away. Also durring this I feel as if I have to pee every 30 min or so and I have pressure on my bum, Kinda like I am constipated but I have a movement every day. the first time it made me vomit. Then It will just go away . I have tried a few pain med with no help. I am not seeing any blood in anything. First one lasted 3 hr second a few days lat lasted 12 hr.

I'm starting back my cardio workouts, I took a break for the holidays and I wondering if I do cardio 4 days a week for about an hour each day, including my regular strength training...how soon will I see results in losing the weight?? I should also mention I'm doing weightwatchers online as well

I have Borderline Personality Disorder and get mood swings and irrational thoughts and lots more. My mum told me recently that she was upset when I didn't talk things through with her, but I've been having stupid irrational thoughts that are really getting to me for over a week now and when I asked her if she could come and give me a bit of company, she shouted at me saying I was acting like a child and was being selfish. She also said that she didn't know how to cope either. I love her to bits and I know that I do ask alot of her, but she says that she wants to be involved and gets upset when I don't turn to her but when I do, she reacts angrily with me to the point I wonder why I bothered trying to talk to her about things. What do I do? I'm getting to the point where I don't want her involved in the care of my illness, but I still need her around as a friend more than anything else!

I have no problem eating canned, dried, frozen or cooked fruit. But when I eat fresh fruit my mouth and throat feel itchy and it stays that way for a few hours. I even tried to eat an apple twice within the last 6 months and vomited it back up. The first time, I assumed it was from the salad I had right before the apple. Is there anything I can take to help me eat fresh fruit again?
