I take singing lessons and recently had an exam. I was really nervous, butterflies in stomach, kness trembling, etc, but during one of my pieces i actually felt a burning feeling in my chest, like sudden warmth and tingling, right in the middle of my chest.
What I would like to know is has anyone else ever felt this when they were nervous or something? And does anyone know what it could be?

Anxiety can cause a lot of strange feelings in your body. Most of it is caused by the release of adrenalin, which can cause your blood vessels to dilate and muscles to tighten up. It's nothing to worry about. It's just an excess of adrenalin in your body caused by your nervousness.

I'm taking it that you are young, and if this is the case then I would say its just your nerves. It could be like a anxiety attack which is caused by your nervousness. Learn to take slow deep breaths to relax.
