I'm starting back my cardio workouts, I took a break for the holidays and I wondering if I do cardio 4 days a week for about an hour each day, including my regular strength training...how soon will I see results in losing the weight?? I should also mention I'm doing weightwatchers online as well

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

U will in any case see the results in about a week.

As long as you are eating well and excercising you should see a difference in 3 weeks. I would bump that excercise up a day if I was you. Meaning excercise 5 days a week. Maybe take the weekend off or something. I started my diet on December 28, 2006 and I cut everything in half. Meaning I cut my sandwhiches in half like if I ate 2 I would eat one...or if I ate 1 I would cut it in half and eat half a sandwich. I have been doing that for about 2 weeks now I guess and I already see my self losing weight. I am very excited because I am doing good. I also excercise and I bought an excercise video to help me out and it did....I am very excited. So Good Luck to you.

Hope I Helped!
