I am male, age 14, standing 5'9 tall, and weight about 225 pounds
I want to loose a LOT of fat and tone up my muscles
I dont have any equipment or machinery except for 5-25lb dumbells
Here is the diet plan that I have thought to set:
Breakfast:
2 scrambled egg whites fried in olive oil with green onion
1/4 cup of pancake mix
9 oz bottled water
Snack:
1/2 Grapefruit
Lunch:
Fist-sized bowl of mixed brown/white rice with 4 ounces grilled salmon with a touch of lemon, parsley, and onions plus fresh sliced cucumbers
Snack:
Fruits, or salad with fish or chicken
Dinner:
Steamed/Baked 4 ounces fish or chicken with broccoli and tofu with 1 Fist-sized bowl of Mixed Rice
Midevening Snack:
1 Fruit (apple ..etc..)
Exercise Routine I plan to follow:
Crunches: 2 sets of 75 crunches daily
Pushups: 2 sets of 20 pushups daily
Tae Kwon Do exercises: 15-30 mins 4-6 days a week
Walking: 1-2 hours a day at 3 mph 5-7 times a week
Weight Lifting: 2-3 sets of 20 pumps ea arm (10 lb) 3-5 times a week
