Sex is the greatest gift of nature to the mankind.Sex means kama
& kama means work.So sex is work & work is excercise.There
are so many sex postions ,its art to perform & to master the art needs lot of hard work so sex is the hard work & hard work is excercise.To master the sex u need good healthy body & mind.In during the intercourse to give pleasure is the art & position like stand up or doggy needs lot of pracite so carry on baby carry on its good.Sex is good excercise for both.

when you have a sex you lost energy as you had done an exercises but you dont get any power or gain but if you do exercise instead of it you can get good final because we really lost a lot of energy

definitly yes...it get s your heartbeat up and its a cardio workout, but unfortunately we cannot endure for too long for it to actually benefit us....it helps in acquiring a glowing skin for sure!
