Can it affect an organ like heart etc.?

No, it cannot. Luckily the laser only reaches a few millimeters into the skin -- just deep enough to reach the base of the hair follicle (to kill it), but not deep enough to hit any organs or anything that would be harmful to humans. Not to mention, the hair removal laser is developed to target hair and hair only, so it would have little (if any) effect on anything else.

Hope this helps! Good luck!

Anything which might be dangerous for health wont get approval from FDA or other health authorities.Lasers are very safe and are being used for different treatments including for removal of hairs. Lot of females are using Laser for hair removal on regular basis as they provide them relief for greater time compare to shaving or any other method. The only thing which should be considered is the qualification and experience of the professional. if the professional is a medical person or doctor it is far better .
