you can stand infront of a mirror and pull faces at yourself,and also do face massages,work those face muscles

No its takes time.
Hopefully you've been diagnosed by a doctor?
Sometimes they will put you on steroids or pain killers, but you should be OK within 2-3 weeks. I had this condition a few years back and although I was in a lot of pain I got over it completely. Just be good to yourself and rest.

my brother had this last year he couldnt shut one of his eyes and had to wear a patch over it then after a few months they was talking about sewing the eye shut but decided to wait a little longer he did face exercise and in a few months it was gone and he was back to normal or as close as he could get

Yeah, try keeping those muscles moving and gentle massage can't hurt. It is only temporary isn't it? Best of luck.
