i have some mysterious joint pains for the last 4 years. they often affect my meta tarsals (foot bones), neck , and wrist bones. in addition , my knees and other joints can be involved. i have a lot of fatigue with these. the joints do not swell though. my blood tests are negative, except that once my CRP was high at 27. The rheumatologist cannot diagnose it and i am not on any treatment. meanwhile i am suffering a lot. i am due to meet my rheumatologist next week and am wondering if there is something called a steroid trial that i can request or something like that.

I just got back from a week long cruise to central america and I had about 15 small cigars (cigarillos) and 5 medium sized ones. I was wondering if this can cause laryngitis to flare up because the past couple days now I've had a pretty soar throat and it's hard to talk. I never had laryngitis until I got it from a cold I had a few months ago, so I guess now maybe I'm more prone to it. I don't think I'm sick with a cold because I have no achiness or fever or any other cold symptoms.

I started taking seasonale a little over a month ago. For the last week i've had some very light spotting, usually i only need a pantyliner and sometimes not even that. I understand spotting is normal with seasonale, but how long should the spotting last, how many days in a row, before i begin to worry?

My girlfriend has been known to get stuffy nose for months at a time. The last time she went to 3 different doctors. Finally, it was cured by a $7 bottle of "4Way Fast Acting" nasal spray from our local mini-mart. This time, it's been a week and so far nothing has worked, including the nose spray, Rx Diphenhydramine 50mg (which is essentially Benadryl), hot showers, theraputic tea, and constantly blowing nose. She has allergies, but we haven't been able to identify a trigger anywhere. She just wants to breath through her nose to get to sleep. Any ideas?

I was taking 1500 mg of Slo-Niacin a day on the advice of my nurse practitioner for cholesterol. Due to a rash, I reduced ithe time-released niacin to 1000 mg. After a month of that dosage, I stopped it, due to rash and skin tingling like pin pricks. I can't take Lipitor or Lescol XL due to extreme effects, like a bad case of flu & muscle achiness & dizziness, etc. I take fish oil capsules daily, and I have 1/4 cup flax seeds, which I grind and put into water with Crystal Light. I have cut out margarine and butter for the most part. I exercise pretty regularly. But I still have bad cholesterol numbers. I was hoping that niacin would help. But I am now off niacin completely. Is it bad for me, like the cholesterol RX's were?

I have noticed a small bump on my epididymis. I know it is a bump because it is distinctly different from the other testicle. I am a 25 y old male. Thing is that i have been having symptoms for approx a year and a half. Including testicular pain, a dull but persistent back ache that is there when i got to bed and when i wake up, along with some urinary symptoms. I have woke up in a night sweat once during all of this. Could it be that 3 doctors missed this bump and it could be causing all these symptoms. None of them did testicular exams but i did have a CT of abdomen, ultrasound of abodmen. Would any of these detect this lump. Also if this was cancer and it was causing back pain chances are it would show up on a blood test?? Thanks

...Yesterday in yahoo answers, that I don't have them any more. Coincidentally, I just had one last night, and it was more evil than what I used to have 3 years ago.
This story had began since Jehova's witnesses had began to speak about the devil besides preaching about Jehova. My fear from the devil had began. I had thought it's over, after my family had forbidden me to meet these preachers, but here the nightmare comes again. I need advice.

I have been browsing through iTunes and am looking for a good CD or a good playlist that is at least 30 minutes. I want something good for brisk walking and jogging. I have had Eczema since I was born, so i know what exzema looks like. But my cheeks are red and blotchy, They get deeper red when i am embarrased,tired,drunk,and takes and hour for the redness to go down!, i have had this for so long, its not eczema. But i am wondering if this is possibly rosacea. can someone tell me if this could be rosacea, or something else.... Thanks!
