I'm female, I guess I have a medium build. I very rarely work out or anything like that so I don't imagine I have a whole lot of muscle. Any advice?

I've always had a goal weight of about 118-120 but it seems like every time I try to lose weight, whether it be a healthy or "unhealthy" way, nothing works and I can NEVER stick to it no matter what. I always give in and I always end up eating huge meals that my family make and say "oh what the hell, I'll just start again tomorrow", but I keep binging and I never get any exercise. I feel like theres no hope and I lack the motivation.

I went to a BMI calculator, and your BMI is 24.7, which is in the healthy range. If you aren't happy with how you look, working out is a good idea. Muscle weighs more than fat, so even if you don't lose weight you will look better.

Your BMI (body mass index, found by compariring height and weight) is 24.7. Normal BMI (found by looking at BMI of all americans and looking at 5-65 percentiles) is 28.5-24.9. So you are within the normal weight but just barrily.
If you put on a few pounds you would be consitered overweight, so yes, you could stand to loose a little weight. In fact as long as you keep your weight above 101 lbs you will still be within the normal range. If you really feal bad about your weight then go ahead and loose a few pounds (talk to your doctor about it, that is the best place to get medical advice). Your doctor will probably tell you that you could loose a few pounds and give you diet and excersize recomendations. I would say that a good weight for you is probably around 115.

I am 5' 3 1/2" and weigh 125 right now. I just lost 25 lbs over the last few months with just a little exercise and water! My goal weight is 115-118lbs. I only do 10-15 minutes of exercise a day (I hate exercise) and just doing a little has really made an impact. Drinking more water has also made a big difference.

Well i am not trying to make you feel bad but you are kinda short and that is a good ideal weight!
you could lose maybe a couple pounds just whatever you do try not to go any lower than about 115!
and since you do have a lot of muscle it does make your weight higher!
but muscle is good!
try not worrying about your weight but look at your appearance!
if you think that you look okay then don't worry about any weight lose but if you don't really feel comfortable then drop a couple pounds!
but whatever you do do not become OBBSESSED!
