The original Christian concept of the 'Devil' was defined as the one who is eternaly opposed to God. Therefore everything God is the Devil isn't or is the opposite of what God is.
so if God and the nature of God is about, something, form, beauty , Love, to be,to will, perfection, to learn, , existance, grace etc.....
'
Than by the Christian logic the devil is about, nothing, no form, no love, to not be, imperfection, to unlearn, non existance,etc....
You can make up your own list and compare , either way you will come to a logical conclusion that the Devil is a falacy and that there is no such force in the universe which eternaly opposes God. If God is omnipotent than surely the devil must be a part of that.If there was such a being, it would be so pathetic in its existance that a small house fly would put it out of its misery just by fluttering a wing.
The reality is that there is no Devil except for the one you create.
HOwever evil exists in the world and probably in the discarnate world as well.
LIke all negative emotions and states, you can trace them back to 'fear'.
If you want to stop the nightmares, try making a tea of valerian roots(cures nightmares).
If you want something on a more religious tone, i'm sure you say prayers when going to bed, you can also try a visualisation.
Visualise this demon infront of you, and visualise it turning into an
Angel infront of you, full of splendour and white brilliant light.
Love torments the wicked.

I don't see what one has to do with the other. Jehovah's Witnesses are not the only ones on here to post about the devil. There are actually Satan worshippers on here. They are proud of their religion and ask and answer questions about it all the time.
Many other religions talk about Satan and burning in hell and the like.
Why are you making this about JW's??

The problem with Jehovahs witnesses (as I understand it) that may be exacerbating your problem, is that they believe the Cross only saves them through grace until they are brought to the truth, and then if they don't behave completely legalistically, then they are damned. The problem with this, is that no human can live perfectly by the law, that is why He had to come in the first place, and why He had to die. We will always be slaves to sin, and though that realization may at first seem like a terrible deadweight, it is the most freeing realization of all, because then we can come to God in the way that He wants us to. We can admit our sin, admit our powerlessness, and truly experience the trust in Him that we need.
Satan will try and fill you with all fear possible. And as long as you have not completely admitted to God that you cannot handle your own sin, you will not be able to experience that freeing trust in Him that knows that Satan is much less powerful than God an has no power over you.
Next time this happens, pray to God. Ask him to send this vision away from you, and to send his angels to protect you, if necessary.

Don't ask for help from the Jehovah's Witness group! I had a friend who was talking to her next door neighbor about me. The neighbor convinced her that I was a Devil worshiper and that I'd get her involved in satanic worship. Why? because sometimes I get intuitions that come true.I am a christian and I believe in God and that Jesus is the son of God. This hurt me very deeply.I was shocked that my friend would believe this stuff.I would die before I would turn my back on my Lord. I'd stay away from those Jehovah's Witnesses they are dangerous! I agree with your family!

I used to have those a lot when I was younger. Everytime I opened my mouth to rebuke him, nothing would come out and he would just stand there laughing and pointing. Then, his evil demons would come out and surround me and I'd wake up in a cold sweat. The devil is scared of you...that's why he's trying to scare you and make you scared of him. Whenever you wake up from another one of those dreams, pull out your Bible and pray, rebuking the devil and his demons. Ask the Lord to give you strength and bless you dreams. It may take some repetitions, but this helped me. It'd be good if you got others to pray with you.
God Bless your sleep!

You need to seek professional mental help. Also see a lawyer so you can sue the Jehova's witnesses cult for putting all that crap in your head.
