There's a small patch of skin that's on the corner my left shoulder blade that's bumpy and kind of dry. I can't think of any outside influence that would cause this because why would it only be in that certain spot? Is this a type of skin condition?

I live in central Tx in a suburb of San Antonio. It's one of the crappiest places to live with this allergic reaction, I know. But right now, moving doesn't interest me (couldn't afford to anyway). Anyone know of any OTC antihistamines/decongestants that help fight hayfever? I don't have insurance, so getting perscription medicine would be very expensive, and it's not life-threatening (immunotherapy is out of the question).

And it has to be something I can get from say, H.E.B.

I'm currently on loratadine 10mg (Claritin equivalent)

Would Benadryl be better? Sudafed?

Does drinking more water or avoiding certain foods help?

thanks.

For most of the years I have had my period, I've had little or no cramps. But about the last four or five times I've had my period, its been awful pains. I feel like I could pass out or throw up. It's hard for me to sit or stand because my legs shake really bad. Everytime I get my period, the pains get worse and worse. It only lasts a few hours but during those few hours it's extremely painful. I have had to leave school every time. I was wondering if there is a reason I am just getting bad cramps now and never before. Is it something to do with my health or because I'm getting older?
P.S. I am 16 and have had my period since I was 11.

This is my third pregnancy. The docs have said I gain too much weight (40-45 lbs) and with the first two pregnancies, I lost it all by the time each kid was 6 months old. And I am nowhere near obese, I start out at 125 lbs, at 5'6''. So, what's the big deal? But now I'm all self-concious and I want to try and keep the weight from piling on again. But everywhere I look things say "Don't gain too much weight. Don't try to lose weight." So what do I do to keep my weight gain in control now? Doc says don't diet, eat right. But I need more guidance.

Throughout my whole life, I had few friends and have never had a sexual relationship with someone of the opposite sex even though I wanted those things. I felt like I just couldn't be a good friend to anyone. My parents noticed when I was very young that I was socially withdrawn. I knew this was a problem, but I became painfully aware of it when a coworker and friend tried to get me to come out of my shell. I was forced to see myself for what I was and I didn't like it at all. Recently, I stumbled across the term Asperger's syndrome and I think that I may have it. I have not been diagnosed, but I just can't deal with the idea that I may have a form of autism. I'm 32 years old now, and I feel that trying to form friendships and even a sexual relationship is out of reach because someone my age should have done these things a long time ago and nobody would accept somebody like me. I asked a similar question a few days ago in whether I should kill myself because I felt so bad.

Greetings, I'm retired and in my early 60's. Generaly, I know what diabetes is and what it can do to you. I have a history of it on both sides of my family. I have loss several family members in the past and my older blood brother is dying of it as I speak. As yet I do not have it. However, can you tell me what are the top 1 or 2 "very early" signs of diabetes? The reason I'm asking is because for the past 8-12 months I have had a growing awareness of a small dull ache on the left side of my spine (if you were standing behind me looking at my back it would be on your left). On a pain scale level of 1 to 10, my pain level is about a half a point to a one ( 1/2 to 1). It feels like it is taking up space inside me more and more during this time. I sleep well at night but when I first get up in the morning is when it hurts the most. Its get better after a few minutes of moving around. I do not see a doctor except twice a year to get my blood checked, its okay. I am not on medication(s).

my doctor first prescribed me prozac, for my back pain, and i refused to take it, and he told me he wanted me to, because i have stress, and thats what causes my back pain, but i told him i refused. so now he gave me generic valium, and said that it would help to rid me of stress and long term pain, anyone have any thoughts about this?

I was walking around at the mall one time and this gorgeous woman (probably in her mid or early 40's) wearing really short shorts passed by me... I turned around to check her nice shapley muscular legs out from behind. And when I turned back I noticed this girl give me an ugly look like "EWWWW... You were checkin out THAT?!". And yeah... I pretty much felt a lil embarrassed :P.. I'm not really attracted to girls my age... unless they have big sexy shapley muscular calves and thighs or don't have that whinney immature attitude. Most (I'm not saying all) girls my age are immature, annoying and like to play games and other lame stupid crap... Older women are mature and know what they want and dont play around and don't pull any bullcr@p.. I don't know any other dudes my age and are just attracted to older women.. Is this wrong/weird that I'm like this..? Should I feel embarrassed..? And does my english suck?? LOL!! Tell me what you think on Y!messenger (ID: skillz_you_cant_compete_with)

If you haven't read The Dirt by Motley Crue, blah blah, you won't understand what I'm talking about but you can try.

Are they lying when they describe the amount of drug use happening in one bloody day?!
It seems like Nikki shot up 10 times a day, snorted another 50 and went through 3 bottles of Jack a day.

Is it humanly possible to do that much, even with a tolerance to it?
