Skin is bumpy on my left shoulder blade?

There's a small patch of skin that's on the corner my left shoulder blade that's bumpy and kind of dry. I can't think of any outside influence that would cause this because why would it only be in that certain spot? Is this a type of skin condition?

It's not unusal to have just one spot on your body with bumps.
You could be allergic to soap or some clothing your wearing.
Are you staying well hydrated? Is that the side you sleep on?
Keep a journal of anything new that your doing.
Is it itchy?
