Same blood group does not matter. Cousins does, if you plan on
having children.
First, you have to know that human beings carry in average 4-5 lethal mutations, ie, mutations which results in a non-viable foetus, or causes the children to die early. These mutation are active only when two copies from both mom and dad are present. So if you have the same mutations, as is probably the case between cousins, this has much more chance of happening. This will probably show up as an elevated rate of spontaneous abortion.
Second, barring the lethal or obvious diseases, there is what is called "genetic depression" in inbred people. This will cause the immune system to be faulty, either in autoimmune disease, or in general immune system weakness.

I am a product of first cousins marring 2 generations ago. There are alot of complications that can happen if there are children going to be involved. First of all it is not accepted in todays society anymore and it was in the 1800's in Royalty families.
If there is a defective gene that the family in question is carrying it the children will get that defective gene 10x worse.
Not always physical but it can happen that way to.

First and second cousins are definitely not recommended. Third cousins and more distant relatives represent a much smaller risk of birth defects in their offspring.
Defects range from metabolic problems like extreme allergies, to physical and mental problems which might make the offspring not able to survive. Extreme cases like albinism in which the person has no pigmentation at all in their skin, hair or eyes (they have pink eyes like white laboratory rabbits)
There are many many problems with marrying and breeding with a close relative. Don't do it. It is illegal for a parent to mate with an offspring or for brothers and sisters to marry. That is why.

The married couple will not have any problem, their children may have the problems. It is said that this kind of couple will produce children with low level of immune system to certain disease or complication, depends on the couples genes

Very open to jokes but the long and short of it is greatly increased chances of children having birth defects. Hundreds of times what it would be with strangers.

Well that is incest and can lead to birth defects and retardation. Surely whoever this is can find someone outside of the family. They will have kids with defects and retardation, don't let the kid suffer through that.

Well for starters i dont think it would be socially acceptable and secondly I think if they decide to have children i think it may cause genetic problems like disabilites and mental disabilities.
