Could be sinus or just a headache. Migraines usually begin with disturbed vision. You will see fuzzy spots in one or both eyes, usually followed by a temporary loss of peripheal vision. As soon as the vision problems clear (usually after a few minutes) you will get hit by the worst headache that you have ever felt. The migraines that I have had were usually accompanied by a slight drop in body temperature, and seemed to come from the temples.

A little test I do to determine if mine are sinus or not is tip my face down so I'm looking at the floor. If the pain intensifies, then I know it's my sinuses flaring up...if not, then it's just a plain old headache. When I had migraines, they were never in my forehead region...they were always behind one eye and back through my temple and alongside my head...and the pain of a true migraine is beyond "it hurts"...I've seen it bring grown men to their knees.

it could be so many things.

sinus- over and below you eye sockets-puffy or filled cavities with localized pain

migraine- is from the back of your head/neck over the top of your head IN to your eye socket -sensitive to light-big time- this is some intense stuff.

tension- is around your head over your ears and covers the top of your head-and even some nausa

Caffeine withdrawal or hormone issue is isolated to the middle of of your forehead.

An infection of the ears can radiate across the head and down each side of the neck.

A hard throbbing of temple areas-could be high blood pressure, so be wise and check them all out.

take your temperature- if none then it okay to take Over the counter medications. Check your Blood pressure.

Advil, Tylenol or Aleive follow the directions and be wise and don't over medicate

Place a hot towel around your neck and a COLD pack on your forehead or crown of your head- this treatment will increase blood flow and encourage relaxation.

Headaches are a symptom of an allergic reaction as well, so what did you eat or consume prior to the pain.

MSG- can give me a killer headache. Its a food additive in processed food and Asian/Mexican restaurant kitchens.

Drink lots of water, this will help the blood flow.
You can get a massage that will help as well.

Feel better soon- lay down, put your feet up over your waist and rest.

More symptoms required to judge properly.
In case of sinus then it will pain just in between the eye brow more,
for migraine the pain will last for 12 hours,

headache is occasional pressure on nerves.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information
