Is is best to eat after or before working out/excersize. What is best to eat and how much is good. Also What is the best time of day to work out/exercise...morning, after classes, or at night. is all three the best?

I had a child 18 months ago, and then another one 4 months ago and now i have the craziest worries that never go away, at first i thought it was ocd, but i noticed the more i tried to ignore the worries, the worse they got, it gets so bad that sometimes i feel like my head is spinning and is ready to pop, i get military medical treatment and they always make me feel really uncomfortable like i am a bothersome to them since i am just a spouse, we cant afford civilian doctors, but this problem is really bad, there have been days i couldnt even leave my bedroom and when i told my ob when i had my post partum check up, she kinda clammed up and told me to talk to a mental health person, are there any natural ways to battle anxiety?? i dont want to talk to a doctor, i just want to feel better

not all of you may know who she is, she was in the tv show bigbrother. I am only 14 and shes 26, when I go to her house on weekends and stuff, she treats me just almost like if a bf/gf would treat you.

she is like doing stuff like giving me full body massages with lotion, talking to me just as shes my gf, and tells me stuff that I should not tell my parents.

Ever since I was 13 she acted to me like that, I know not many of you believe me, but I hope you truly do.

Can you tell me why she is like this to me and what should I do>?

I'm 16 years old and I have Phimosis,meaning my foreskin is tight, that means I dont get to pull it down.

So last night I went to a doctor, and I told him my prob and all the stuff....he looked so damn blur and told me that the only thing to do is circumcision. But I told him that I've read on the Net that nowadays that are many ways to cure from phimosis other than getting circumcised....he just wasn't so into the other methods like using special creams and pulling it down slowly....he never really explain to me how to pull it slowly and just gave me some normal white cream to apply on the foreskin and try pulling it down.

But the cream say 'ellgy cream' maybe spelled wrongly.....maybe it's allergy cream and it also says POISON.....why the hell did I get a allergy cream?? isn't there any other special cream for tight foreskins? Will this cream do any harm my penis?Am I wrong or right about this whole thing?

I know circumcision is good but for now I'm more comcerned bout this

I am 23 and find that I often fantasize about being someone else and dating someone I fancy. I find that I feel a lot happier when I fantasize about a different life and being someone else and often will fantasise during the day. However, it is affecting my work but it seems the only way to make me happy. I often feel really dirty after having these fantasies as I feel its not normal for someone to spend so much time dreaming about being someone else and leading a life style I will never have. I don't really know what to do and would appreciate any help anyone could give me.

Tonight when I got home around 12 a.m. my right ear seemed as if it had water in it. I had taken a bath eariler today but it just started feeling this way. About 3 a.m. I couldn't hear out of my ear so I put in some hydrogen proxide. I put in just a few drops. I let it bubble then tilted my head to let it drain. I am still not able to hear out of it. I've just recently gotten over scabies...possibly the worst parasite ever. But, I have the horrible brown freckle-like scarring left over, and I really need to get rid of it, and fast. I've read similar articles saying to use mederma, but that takes like, six months. I was wondering if it would be possible for a cosmetic surgeon to resurface my legs and bum from the scarring. I googled it, and all I saw were eighty-year-old ladies and their hands and faces.

I have been laying in bed propped up on a pillow for several hours..I started having a weird sharp pain underneath my right shoulder blade that seem to go through my chest.I wasn't breathless or nauseated or dizzy or anything just hurt for a few minutes and quit and then came back. and then I changed position layed sideways on my heart side and it stopped.My right arm which I use for clicking on the mouse felt like it was full of blood but not really uncomfortable.I checked my pulse and it was never over 85 but I had eaten not to long before.It soon went down to 76 and has pretty much stayed that way.I got up several times and walked around and now its not really bothering me .I just wondered that it says under heart attack or stroke you can have back pain ..Did I have a heart attack and not know it or stroke? I seem to feel ok but its 251 am where I live ,im tired but nothing unusual.Is it possible that it was just from laying in that position and its nothing or could it be a heartat
