At 20, I don't think you will grow anymore. Unless your growth centers(epiphyses) have not fused yet. These usually fuse by age 17-18 on the average. You can get an xray of your pelvis done-if the growth centers in your iliac crests have not fused, then you may still grow.

nope! man will stop growing when he reach 18...our long bones have epiphyseal plates (responsible for growth) and when you reach 18 these plates will close and will leave remnants (now called epiphyseal line)
