Things have been really bad this year. This semester I bombed almost half my classes. Last year, I had the third highest GPA. I know that I haven't been happy in a really long time. It's like I don't even resemble the same person. I've always had "issues," but I never thought they could ruin everything.
I try to tell my parents something is wrong, but all they do is talk about how I must be failing because I'm always talking on the phone. And that's just not it.
I guess school doesn't seem to matter to me any more. I wanted to be a surgeon since I was seven, and now I don't have any idea what I'll do with my life. I don't even care if I'm even around then.
There is a history of mental illness in my family. But when I told my parents it might be a good idea to talk to someone, they freaked out. They told me I needed to talk to them. But I can't. And they think it's all in my head. How can I get help without them knowing? No hotlines.

I was just wondering, when did you get your period? Obviously I know that it comes the week when you don't have the ring in, but what day? Right now this is my 4th day without it in (took it out Saturday) and still no sign of it.
This is my first month on it so I'm really not sure what day it will come, so I just want to get some opinions!

I was on a pill callled Yasmin but i don't want to have to worry about missing pills. I take them for my cramps and other personal reasons. Other than the pill what are some of the most ffective birth control?????

OK, so its christmas, the holiday of over indulgence and generic stomach upsets. A lot of people eat too much and get bloated (I normally do!)..
But a day before the gorge-fest began, my appetite began to fade, not for lack of hunger, but because I got full halfway through my dinner. I usually have a pretty healthy appetite, but for the past few days I just can't manage food. Today, I put lunch off till well after 14:00, and still felt really stuffded after eating a few cold cuts and some celery!
I skipped dinner earlier, but had a bowl pof fruit salad about half an hour ago, and I feel like i'm going to burst!
I've had something similar before, but it wasn't so severe and didn't last as long..

If it didn't come on so suddenly i'd be more concerned.. But what the hell is wrong with me?

How many times can you get chicken pox?
I have had them twice before a few years apart
and i think i have them again
the only reason im not sure if it is chicken pox is that, if it is, it would be the third time of having them
and i was always told that if you had them once you would not have them again
and when i got them the second time, i was told thats unusual to have them again
They are just like chicken pox
Have i got chicken pox for a third time
or is it something else?

I am 6ft 1 I weigh 320 lbs i have 29% body fat, Most of my fat is belly fat, but i am very muscular in my chest and arms and legs. i am currently jogging between one and two miles a day and i do 10 sets of 10 pushups, 4 sets of 50 sit-ups/Crunches, 4 sets of 12 40lb bumbell curls and 4 sets of 12 tricep extensions with 30lb imediatley after my jog. My Goal is to bring down my body fat percentage to 20% or for starters and to keep building and tone my chest, shoulders, Back, Biceps and Triceps, and significantly lose some inches off of my stomach while strengthening my core. i am currently Taking nutrex's Vitagro CGL Creatine supplement with the nutrex Lipo-6. and eating between 1500 calories and 2000 calories a day of healthy food like Bagel and peanut butter, chicken, fish, brown rice, and salad I was just wondering if anyone could tell me if this plan Is effective or suggest to me something better? Thanks

Symptoms:
Running nose
sneezing
post nasal drip (causing cough)
sinus pain.
If i take a decongestant, it stops the running nose, but causes my head to feel, in the clouds.

How can I best utilize the treadmill to get the most results (other than plugging it in and jumping on). :) I have upped the water and fruits and veggies, but I know I need to move more. Do you have any tips? I am ready for this, like I was ready to quit smoking, and I am tired of the extra weight. (30 lbs. in 2 years) It is getting too chilly out and dark too early when I am able to go for a walk outside. Thank you in advance.

TIme spent on the treadmill goes by SOO much quicker and funner when I'm listening to good/fast songs. Like Beyonce or Rhianna. It doesnt hurt if the singer is also good looking...more motivation! No, i didn't really mean it thay way. And no, i am not mentally ill. Please let me explain. I am teaching a class about blood. You know...the fluid tissue that flows through your arteries and such. Can you guys think of an activity that has to do anything within the category of "Blood" that gets the kids out of their seats without actually seeing someone's blood seeping out of their skin?

Im not sure how to pit this so i'll be blunt. How do I stop worrying??? Believe me I worry about myself, the future and everyone around me. However im not the sort to make it obvious to all around me. I am far from an attention seeker. Im more of a closet worrier. I worry about things I cant control e.g. my dad has been sick for 15 years now with a progressive illness. I constantly worry about him, how my mum is coping, and thats just one thing. I worry that I will dissappoint them in decisions I make throughout my life and my final years left in uni. I know I have to stop but its easier said than done. I would love a genuine answer something I can learn from. Sometimes I think I had to grow up too young both my parents are ill, and i've always cared for them untill my dad had to go into hospital long term but I have a life, mates + Uni. How come Im a constant nervous wreck? I need to unplug, switch off ahhhhh!!!

I currently weigh 190 (i gained weight the past few months) and is 5'7". I'm going on vacation in the beginning of May and wanted to know if I can lose 40 in time. I already doing endermologie sessions (doing it once a week... as it gets closer to the trip, I'll do it twice a week) as well as starting to eat more sensible meals. In a couple of weeks, I'm starting my personal training sessions. I really wanna push for 50, but is it possible that I can make it by trip day? I also have a larger frame so being 125 would make me a toothpick. Thanks in advance.

I am extremely athletic. i work out daily. i am obsessed with eating healthy. i limit myself and go on diets a lot. and am obsessed with fitness and stuff like that. but i also go the other extreme and stuff myself with sweets, and eat eat eat candy and i cannot control myself. do i have a problem? what is it called? almost as if i go on binges and then i regret it and go on a fast ... i know it's not healthy ... what should i do ?
