Swat officers do 2 hours of training every day. I know Ronaldiniho ran 3 hours every day when he was teenager. So I would say if you don't feel dizzy afterwards, go for it. But dont do it with caffeine / other supplements helps.

It depends on what kind of exercise.

I just read an article yesterday about a guy who was addicted to running. He would run to work, during lunch, he would even sneak out while at work and go running. He ran marathons and all kinds of stuff all because he was going through mid-life crisis.

Eventually, his knees went bad and he had to stop.

So, the moral of the story is, anything in excess is unhealthy, even exercise.

aorobic no

enything else [walking, runnung, biking, swimming, or jogging] does not depend in the time you exercise
but in the strenth you have
bdw if you do so . be prepared for a weakness in the bones ("charly horse") the couple first days of "exercising" that will disappear in a few days

I won't call it unhealthy but it's a bit excessive in my opinion.
