TIme spent on the treadmill goes by SOO much quicker and funner when I'm listening to good/fast songs. Like Beyonce or Rhianna. It doesnt hurt if the singer is also good looking...more motivation! What are some other ones...I want to make an 80-minute long lineup and I want every song to be really good!

Get yourself some Rammstein, Hypocrisy, and Dimmu Borgir. Or if you like mellow stuff grab some Pennywise, older Offspring, and some Rage Against the Machine.

Any song that is face paced. Avoid songs that are slow or slow beated. Make sure its real loud so you wont hear yourself breathing hard. Its a opinion, but some people become less motivated when they hear themselves tiring out, they feel they cant do it. Bill Conti - Your the best is good. It boosts your self esteem and ego. I like to move it - Sacha Baron Cohen is good. Its talking about moving! Basically anything that will make you wanna move!
You should invest in a iPod or mp3 if you dont already have one. That way you could strap it to your hip or something and get going!
