I currently weigh 190 (i gained weight the past few months) and is 5'7". I'm going on vacation in the beginning of May and wanted to know if I can lose 40 in time. I already doing endermologie sessions (doing it once a week... as it gets closer to the trip, I'll do it twice a week) as well as starting to eat more sensible meals. In a couple of weeks, I'm starting my personal training sessions. I really wanna push for 50, but is it possible that I can make it by trip day? I also have a larger frame so being 125 would make me a toothpick. Thanks in advance.

You can lose the weight by the time your trip comes. Just remember to vary your exercises as you go. It really helps to boost your metabolism. Switch between cardio and some lighter exercises like low impact aerobics. Eating sesible is a good thing. What also helps to keep your metabolism up is to eat smaller meals throughout the day, that way when it does come time to eat a meal, you arent as hungry and gorging yourself on whatever is easiest to find and prepare. Small snacks between meals also helps with this too. Remember, a healthy weight loss each week should be about 2 pounds. Good luck.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

they reccommend losing two pounds a week but if you are larger (no insult!) you do lose a lot more weight in the first week or two. if you eat three small well balanced meals and exercise everyday, there is no reason why you lose around that amount of weight. just don't over do it even 14 pounds is great
good luck

Cardio, cardio, more cardio, and a lot of resistance training. You're going to have to pull off a miracle, never quit, never slow down, and never once permit yourself to slip up. It's not going to be easy, but it can be possible so don't give up just yet. Good luck and make sure your diet is perfect. Also, the battle will be in your mind and not in your body.

Of course. Why not? Stay focused and disciplined throughout that time. Exercise - cardio, w/ some light weight training. Eat smaller portions of a balanced meal, You can do this.

Tinned tomatoes on thinly buttered toast--never fails if you stick to it regularly. Spice it up with hot pepper sauce one day--jerk, or everyday seasoning the next, dried herbs another day, vegimite/marmite-in fact just about anything that is not fattening you have to hand in the kitchen really...tomatoes on toast needn't be bland and it really does work wonder's for weight loss...erm...please do not forget the tomato concentrate/puree-its the best bit, totaly pure and equally good for the heart...i sometimes squirt a whole tube in my pan of tomatoes, or in a bolognese sauce--just for good measure you know:-) Oh--and less of those disgusting and horrid work-outs--you have me in a sweat and having palpitations and i'm only sitting here! Best of...

Its not really safe to lose that much weight in so little time....and from my own experience the only way you can get that much weight off in so little time is by using dangerous methods like anorexia or bulemia or rectal flushes....
Not to mention the fact that with that kind of dieting your just ensuring that after your trip you will gain it all back plus more.
