I was on a pill callled Yasmin but i don't want to have to worry about missing pills. I take them for my cramps and other personal reasons. Other than the pill what are some of the most ffective birth control?????

if your not married abstinence is the best birth control there is.if you are married then the new o ring that just came out is really good.
