First off, you have to change your workout regimen regularly; daily, weekly, monthly, tri-monthly, whatever. Your muscles get used to doing the same motion and they end up not burning as much as initially. If you just started this work out and you haven;t been physically active for a while then I would stick with what your doing for a month or so and then find some new workouts. When you become comfortable, you can change which muscles you work out daily(but don't abandon a muscle or muscle group for too long)

As far as the creatine and supplements go, I would stay away. All you need to do is eat healthily and burn more than your intake. At your size, you need more than 1500-2000 calories a day, you need more like 2500 at least. But don't worry, being your size it burns that difference off. If you're looking for a life-changing experience and are looking for long-term solutions just eat right and exercise regularly. Some supplements can be good and some can be bad, but eating right and exercising is almost never bad, unless your older or have heart or health problems.

Lastly, search the Internet. Google stuff like "Healthy Diets," "Good Carbs," "Beginner Workouts," "Supplement Reviews." There is so much information out there for free it is unreal and don't be afraid to take advantage of it. Congrats on your new approach and good luck. It's very hard so be patient.

Keep this particular meal between 400 and 1000 calories. Serve yourself a more compact portion, so if you like heading back for seconds, you'll just turn out eating a normal-size portion.

Add veggies to baked goods. You'll never even taste the particular zucchini in these brownies or maybe the sweet potato in these types of cookies.
