I'm fine with the way my body looks, besides my LOVE HANDLES. :( Should I just keep working out at the gym ( walking on the treadmill = burning about 170 calories a day ) and eating healthy? If I keep this up, how long do you think it will take to lose weight, or my love handles?

I am trying to lose weight, therefore incorporating 64 oz of water per day into my diet. I can usually drink about 32 oz plain, but was wondering if i could count my tall glass of iced tea i drink every night with dinner? I use the Lipton Cold Brew tea bags and i dont add anything but ice to it. I dont like flavored waters, but plain water gets OLD.

Now I'm not saying I'm going to do this as it would be silly but I'm just curious.

I have this problem, I get sinus infections all the time once a week and when I get them so much I cant even keep track how many i have had. Is there ANYTHING I can do to help me have some relief. My doctor said I have puss in my nose! I have sooo much sinus pressure. And I also have lymphnodeitis. HELP!

I've been a cutter for 6 years and still have cravings. I don't know of anyone else who has delt with this addiction and has successfully figured out how to stop the cravings. I've taken medication that has reduced the cravings but never completlely go away. Has anyone figured out if the cravings ever even stop without medication?
