I have this problem, I get sinus infections all the time once a week and when I get them so much I cant even keep track how many i have had. Is there ANYTHING I can do to help me have some relief. My doctor said I have puss in my nose! I have sooo much sinus pressure. And I also have lymphnodeitis. HELP!

Well, I think you should follow your doctor's advice because I googled you question and I found out that if you do not treat your sickness then you COULD die. If you still want your answer to be more spacific google this, Sinus infection

Get a second and third opinion. You need antibiotics to get over a sinus infection. If your doctor's answer is "you have puss in your nose" that's not very helpful. If this is a consistent problem even after taking meds, you may need to consider other problems (allergies? Surgery on your sinuses?)

I heard about this "washing solution" you take a bottle and literally stick it up your nose and rinse out one side, then do the other. There are little packets of whatever makes the solution and you mix it with water. Ask your doctor if he has heard of this. I think a lot of doctors dont recommend it because its a really cheap way of fixing the problem for good.

My son had the same problem I took him to see an ENT and to help salve some of the problem and releave him we had his tonsils and adenoids removed and then took him to an allergy specialist. So I think your first plan of action should be to see an ENT and and Allergy Specialist.

Ask your doctor for a prescription that will help. I had the same problem, and mine prescribed Durahist D and I haven't had a problem since I started using it.

Have you tried Mucinex? I broke my nose in 3 places during a motorcycle crash and when I got gunk in my sinuses it practically stopped my breathing. Mucinex totally took care of it, I tell everybody that stuff is bomb!

Invest in a netty pot and cleanse your sinuses with a salt water solution.

Your healthcare provider needs to find out why then treat it for you. I wish you the best.
