im goin on a liquid diet?

any suggestions how to kill hunger.im jus goin to be drinkin water and tea and oder suggestions for my liquid diet

i noe its not healthy so dont bother telling me

I do not know why you are doing this, but try a raw juice detox.program it's a lot of information on the web about a raw diet. I did it for six month and felt great and lost weight. If you do the liquid diet, You must slowly brake the diet. this is very important. lemon and water help me with the hunger. I like it warm better.

You do notice that is doing not anything however killing your metabolism? Do what you wish, I'm simply pronouncing there's NO handy solution to get are compatible/ thin. You can't cheat well being/ health. Of path everybody needs to get are compatible, considering it appears higher than over weight however it is difficult. So....Basically, you're fasting? Have you ever done this before? And how old are you? Unless you know what you're doing, and I'm quite sure that you don't, don't attempt to go on a liquid diet. Consult a licensed dietician.

you are not going to loose any weight that way. as soon as you get the urge, because you are starving yourself and depleting your body of any nutrients, you are going to gain the weight back. eat 6 times a day but fist size portions of healthy food and excercise daily. that is the best and healthiest way to loose weight.
