work out too much before your bones have stopped growing and your muscles will prevent any growth - a deformaty essentially thats irriversable.

if you have stopped growing, your working out loads and not eating enough your body will start catabolism (using the muscle as food) and again you'll not grow.

with the latter - best to eat loads, cos you can always get rid of that later.

It doesn't stop your growth but makes your bones defomed and unsymmetrical very easily.

Oh, and stop eating more leafs than you should! ;)
