okey she 16, and she is the smallest girl in her class,she is not devolept, she has no shape, I have been worried about her cuz she has not started her period yet i have asked her to a doctor, but she will not disscuss it with me any suggtion?

I need to know when is it a good time to eat, and sleep. I sort of have this sleeping problem. My eating is fine but my mother tells me don't eat past 8:30pm. I don't see any harm done to me so why does she say that?

It have been 4 days that I get this stuffy head feeling. I feel like that my head is stuffed with stone, so heavy neck's about to snap....no pain but can't think...seems like all the blood flows to the head and never flows back down (to other parts of the body). Eyes ok and nose NOT stuffed....For the first 3 days, I have shortness of breath, very dizzy, tired all the time. Have tried Ventolin, Ativan, Alka Seltzer, Chinese stuff--cupping, relaxation...nothing works!!! What had happened to me? It came on suddenly. I have lots of dreams every night. All remembered, only 1 was a nightmare. I couldn't see Dr. now as they are all on holidays, have to wait until Jan, 2007. Please suggest any ways to help/soothe. Absolutely 100% NOT related to Christmas shopping stress that kind of thing.....I exercise 2 times a week, each 30 mins. Psychiatrist put me on Tegretol 800 mg for 3 weeks now.

The reason I am asking is, I have a missing canine tooth and I am considering different procedures. Implant is out of the question it takes a long time. I am flying to the US for this and I am only going to be in the US for two weeks. I'm gonna see my dentist tomorrow, but I can hardly bear the pain.

Do you know any good pain-killers? Which one has the longest effect? The one I'm taking now is an over-the-counter one which only takes away the pain for less than 2 hours, and my experience is that the more I take the less effect it has.

Any natural or home remedies? I heard that clove oil only works for pain after tooth extraction (e.g. of wisdom teeth).

Anyone out there have the surgery on their elbow? Did it help? I don`t want the surgery if it is not worth it. My hand is to the point of muscle wasting. And the pain is severe at times. How long is the recovery? I have to ocasionly restrain clients on my job so I need a hand that works. I know physical therapy would be needed afterwards but how long is a person generally out of work?
