For some people, pain can become more acute when smoking pot. For others it acts as a pain reliever.
I personally think there are some pains that pot is good for helping, such as sore muscles or toothaches, while other pains become worse with pot, like back pain or cold symptoms.

a lot of first time or infrequent smokers complain about cramps and pains. probably adjusting to different sensations from smoking. maybe you have the pain all the time and just noticing it more when stone. check your urine and your stools for any irregularities, if you are worry about it go and see a doctor to be on the safe side. you might be better off to stay clear of the hashish cakes for christmas, stick with pudding.

first of all, dont listen to that idiot whos tellingu to smokepot, waste your life and money, become an addict 4 no reason, be a provider wastingur money by giving it to illegal drug dealers, wasting time and effort smoking and avoiding getting pot, become stupider ( yah i know alot of stoners and even the teachers laugh at them when the answer to a math question is "stoplight") and loose freedom. oh, by the way, it stops some aching, causes bone pain and causes permanent damage on loved ones soles after ud loose yours.
