.. like eggnog? :) I see a few pounds coming on with that diet.

.. or beer? some people might like that idea, but that diet is very dangerous in that it actually dehydrates you (like soda pop and other high-sucrose drinks and foods). The conversion of sucrose to body sugars (glucose?) in the digestive tract (stomach, primarily) requires a chemical reaction which consumes existing water reservoirs in the body (dehydration). Also, the alcohol is kind of hard on the liver and the brain, too (just to name a few of the important organs that it hurts).

Lots of fluids are great for the body. Excerise as much as you consume in fat and calories, and you'll be just fine, but a certain baseline, periodic rate of fat and caloric intake is required for healthy organ functions. The more liquids the merrier, but just make sure that they include all of the needed vitamins, minerals, nutrients, calories and fat needed for a healthy life. Except for fat soluble stuff, the rest will balance out with enough exercise and liquid.

It depends on the person's metabolism and nutrition needs, their weight, and what kind of liquids. If you have fat-free, low-cal, or veggie drinks then you'd lose more than drinking soda (obviously). There's really no way of saying. . .
But I'm guessing that if someone was overweight and only drank fat-free drinks, they'd lose about 10-15 pounds. Possibly more if you're a guy. But it really depends.
I don't recommend it, because after the two weeks, there is a very good change the weight will pile back on once you start eating solids. Hope that helps. . .

IT depnds on what liquids they were drinking. If they were living off juice and water they would probably lose ten or more pounds but they would have no energy at ALL!! Plus as soon as they ate regular food again they would gain weight fast. But not eating solid foods with proteins and nutrients is very unhealthy. Please don't try to go on a liquid diet. It would do no good.

Usually 8 to 10 pounds, but your metabolism will shut down and you will stop loosing weight, and of course, once you stop the liquid diet you have a big risk of putting all back on, if you are not carefull about watching your calorie intake.

It depends on the liquids, if they are high in calories then the person might not lose anything, but if it's water and juice, they could probably lose 5 or 10 pounds.

It's not a matter of solid or liquid form, it's a matter of calories, fat content, etc. If you only drank milk shakes for 2 weeks, for example, you'd probably GAIN weight!

Depends on what liquids! Thats unhealthy to do that because your stomach might get used to the liquid and sort of become unused to digesting solid...

depends on what their weight/diet is now.

if there are cans of fizzy drinks (which are fattening) and crisps and chocolates& ice cream also to cut out... and if they have regular snacks and commit not to do that regularly.. then there'll be lots of weight loss.

but this question can't be effectively answered because there are too many 'if's involved.

please dont only drink liquids for two weeks just eat healthy (REDUCE CALORIE INTAKE you have no idea how beneficial that will be) and dont drink soda - it will shed calories. just dont go on a liquid diet you will hurt yourself before you will loose weight. go online and look up low-carb low-calorie recepies and ideas you will be fine!

It depends on how fat they are. Regardless, that is not the proper way to lose weight and is unhealthy.
