I took Hydroxycut for a few months and honestly i didn't notice any difference. The only way weight-loss pills actually work are buy their directions for usage. If they tell you to have one pill an hour before a meal, and a bunch of other specifications it is altering what you would normally be eating. By telling you when you can and can't take a pill- its forcing new, possibly healthier habits on you, (not eating after 8pm, eating 3 balanced meals, etc.) Honestly for best, and more permanent results, cut back calories, and exercise. I didn't lose anything while on hydroxycut, but this summer by watching what i ate and exercising i lost 20 lbs in 4 weeks. Good luck!

If you are smart, you'll stay away from unnatural weight loss remedies. If you are not eating right and getting enough exercise, then they are not going to work anyway. And if you ARE doing those things, then how do you know the pill is helping? Odds are you are taking health risks for no reason. The best thing to do about losing weight is to talk to your doctor, eat right, and exercise. The weight pill industry is a joke, and they just want to make money off your problem.

you have to be careful of taking weight loss pills the best thing to do is eat 6 small meals a day, watch for salt intake,caffeine intake, exercise and watch out for the fat intake EX. bake your meats without the skin or fat on it put a little pepper and just a dab of salt, drink water instead of sodas,coffee,tea, eat salads, raw veggies or you can steam your veggies etc)
