I have had a lot of problems with heartburn previously. I started taking digestive enzymes and organic apple cider vinegar before meals and it's no longer a problem.

From your question, I can't really tell if you are sick or not or you are just having 2 separate issues. I started with a cold last week and it started with a very mild headache and a mild sore throat. If that's the case take vitamin C and zinc and drinks lots of water. Use a humidifier if you have one.

WELL that is definitly no good! I can do a dietary analysis for you if you'd like and we can review why you are experiencing these problems! The stomach acid is obviously from what you are eating and its best you find what it is and fix that problem first! Stomach acid can turn into many things such as kidney or gall stones, as well as ulcers. But this happens if you continue a bad diet or eating regiment.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information
