118-125 would be perfect.

Yes, you are underweight. You could gain 20-30 pounds and be in a pretty healthy weight-height ratio. As when dieting to lose weight, you should maintain a healthy diet while you try to adjust your weight. You should not try to gain weight too quickly because it will be hard to stop at your desired weight. Just Increase your overall daily caloric intake slightly, but not by adding a bunch of junk food to your diet. You might opt for some fairly healthy foods that have higher protein and higher fat like cheese and peanut butter. Drink whole or 2% milk rather than skim. Pick the custard style yogurts rather than the lights. You can make many little changes that won't be too hard to undo later.
Also, exercising, although it can make you lose weight, can make a person gain weight if the caloric intake is increased sufficiently. Muscle is heavier than fat.
You might try talking to your Doctor or to a nutritionist to get a more complete weight gain diet.

Well if you're a male at 5'4' then I am assuming you are still young and growing and if so then your weight isn't a big concern... if you feel underweight or skinny to a point that it bothers you then eat more, or drink protein drinks... Im pretty sure 5'4 and 105 is fine for a guy who is like 12-16 before you hit a growth spurt
If you are an adult and this weight then I think its up to your personal comfort level, unless of course you can see your collarbone very clearly and your ribs...or ask at your next doctors appt.

For a guy that is pretty light, but not to the point of being unhealthy. Do a Yahoo! search or Google for a Body Mass Index calculator. A typical male usually aims to be between 22 and 25, but you can have as low as a 17 BMI and be healthy. You're right around an 18 BMI. So if you eat right, then I wouldn't worry about it.

According to the BMI (Body Mass Index) you would come in around 18.0 which is just slightly underweight.
BMI Categories:
* Underweight = <18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
In order to reach "Normal" weight you would need to put on about 15 pounds.

Does not matter how old you are. That is a perfect weight! Most women fluctuate 5-8 lbs a month. Don't go any lower, because that would be way too much. You lucky girl you!

At 12, you really shouldn't be worrying about losing or gaining weight. Just be comfortable and be yourself. You can't really gain weight effectively until your late teens, anyway.

How old are you?
Well, I doubt if you are underweight. If you are trying to build muscle, you need more weight, but if you are still in school, just eat healthy, and dont worry about it too much.

That is fine for your height. Why not try to pump some iron that way it will be muscle and not fat you gain which could lead to diabetes and all sorts of health problems.

Well...are you a guy? If you are a girl...it's a perfect weight for you...but if you are a guy...it's too skinny. Drink protein shakes and go work out.
