Person to person would be better. You can see who you are talking to. They also can see you. See your reactions to questions and be able to determine just what causes your anger.

On line anger Management classes may not be good for you.

First of all, you need to determine what is the source of your anger. I have no idea what your age is. Are you dissatisfied with your life.....your work....your self esteem....any number of reasons can cause a person to be angry all of the time.

My suggestion is to seek a Professional who can assist you in controlling the anger and out bursts. If you are angry at work, you may loose your position. If you are angry at school, your grades will suffer. If you are angry at life, you life will suffer...the quality of your life....soon you will loose all friends and relationships.

There is one very clear impact of this anger:

People do not want to be around Angry people... That is as clear as I can be....... that is a fact.

I will assure you of one thing.....Once you control your anger and determine the root causes, you will become happy again.... Happy people enjoy life.

Life is very short, indeed. What ever your age, you have many Good and happy years ahead of you....Try to find methods to enjoy life.

I feel like it's better to attend the classes in person.

If everyone is telling you then you probably need to be medicated.
