What would be the best single food to survive on? You could only eat this one food and water. Is there a food which is complete or nearly complete?

We are omnivorous and need the nutrition from both meats and plant foods. But, based on your theory, I would have to say the most complete would be bananas. They obviously lack a lot of protien, but they do contain almost every nutrient that we otherwise require.
