Suffer from a severe, fear of Needles.

Having a Blood Test soon, PANICKING. Can't cope with Needles.

I Hyperventilate
Sweat
Mouth so dry, can't speak or swallow
Shake
Vomit
Pounding Heart.

Unfortunatley i need this Blood Test.
How can i control my anxiety symptoms ?

Please help me. Please don't tease me. Hate being like this

ok so yesterday i had to go to the hospital cause my blood pressure was 172/92 and its supposed 2 be like 110/70 and my heart rate was 132 and its supposed 2 be 70 so now they diganosed me with tachycardia its where ur heart beats to fast

so help me has anyone had this happen 2 them before

I started working at a restaurant and the next week I was very weak and sick... my throat was sore and I started coughing....it got worse but it was in my eye too...and the eye globe was swollen...I haven't been feeling too good and that is not normal for me because viruses or colds don't really affect me...I have or had? good immune system. Okay so I have an issue with my cycle. I took Plan B (the emergency contraceptive) on the 11th because of a condom issue with my bf. Well, i didnt have any problems until I woke up on Sunday (17th) and i was really dizzy and couldn't see straight. I got up and went to the bathroom to find my period (two weeks early). It is exactly like a period, today is the 4th day and its light like it would be ordinarily. I've ever been irregular. Do you think that Plan B caused two periods in one month? I took a pregnancy test also and it was negative. I'm just really confused. Does anybody have any experience dealing with Plan B?

I dont feel like a success. Even now I am attending school for two courses and I pretty much am flunking the one course and the other I bombed my oral presentation (i was super nervous) I feel like the biggest loser in th eworld!
