It is highly unlikely that he truly likes to smell his own farts. He is probably just saying that to get reactions from people. Don't you think?

This is normal because its your own fart, whereas other peoples farts tend to repel

i think its cuz people are comfortable with their own body odors
i dont think anyone will binge beans to get high on their own fart.
