Yes, regularly for the last few years. Not bad for someone with a phobia of needles. In fact it was me who dragged Dumbledore along, and with reference to his last visit, she popped a vein, very easily done and by god did he milk the fact. 6 Phlebotomists (all female) round his bed and he loved every second of it. I did tell them they should have used a vein in his neck!!

Regularly, only the last time I did the woman couldn't find a vein in either arm, so they got the head woman, she proceeded in finding a vein and putting the needle in one side and out the other. It was like a cartoon the quickest bump and bruise in history. Took ages for it to go down and the bruise spread over the entire arm. Still I've got a couple of months till I go again, wouldn't mind but after all that they still didn't get any blood...

go to a blood donor clinic they have them all over the place its not hard to do it doesn't hurt unless you get a twit nurse that doesn't listen when I said she missed the vain and poked me in the muscle most are good and it only takes a few minutes just make sure you eat before hand and hey they give you cookies and juice afterwards so its all good

No, only because I was a smoker for almost 10 years and I only smoking something else just earlier this year. But I will in a few years when I feel my blood is clean. :)

I can't cos I'm anaemic but hubby does regularly and he's got a rare blood group (B Negative). If you can go ahead it's such a worthwhile cause.
