I have this thing that developes on my back right before the soulder blade ,it gets big like a pimple, but then gets really big and when I finally can pop it, this gross stinking stuff comes out in gops . I know it sounds sick but what is it and whats causing it ,A friend told me men can get this on the crack of there butte from not washing andhave to go to doctor to have it cut out

my life is pretty normal. i work a job that i am moderatly happy with, i am amidst making a great and exciting future for myself, my family is mostly great and i have the best boyfriend/relationship on the planet.
everything in my life is either average, or above average!
yet i still get into these ruts. these short time periods in my life when i literally hate MYSELF. not my life. MYSELF. i hate how i look, how i dress, how i act. i feel like i'm not good enough for anyone or ANYTHING. i find myself crying constantly. but i hide it. i cry in the bathroom and then play it off like i'm fine. i don't feel like i'm "unhappy", but then why am i so upset?? i don't eat, and just feel like sleeping...a lot. i know, you're probably thinking "DUH! you're depressed!" but i don't get it. my life is good. my relationships are wonderful. my future is bright. why the random "breakdowns"???

i cut my hand whene i was cooking i hade to go to the emergency room, they treated the cut , they statch the cut with seven stetches, and they took ex for my hand, and that is all, month after i got the bill for only the emergency room, the supply they used and the statches, i have to pay $1,847 american dollar and i do nt have medicare or even a insurance to pay it. does anybody know an agency they can help me with the bill, or went through the same experiance please help,

i have bad self esteem. i think i'm fat. trust me i'm not at all anorexic or bulemic... i'm 5'4 and 115 lbs. i eat healthy and exercise alot. i dont want to have ana or bul at all!!!!!! seriously. but when you feel at a low point what do you do? i've talked to parents, friends and siblings. but i feel like i need more affirmation. but i dont know how or where.. how can i learn to love myself the way that i am???

Last week I had two hemmoroids banded. Something went terribly wrong. The tissue around the band swelled up so badly, I have been in severe pain ever since. The Doctor tried to remove the band, but I was too swollen and tender for him to be able to get it off. When ever I have a BM I feel like I am going to split open down there, I am in so much pain. I am taking pain pills That helps a little.
I need more help. Can anyone tell me anything else I can do topically to relieve the pain? In addition to pain killers, I am taking stool softeners, using hemmorioid cream on bottom after sitz baths, and using a lidocaine jelly in between. Doctor has not been very helpful, most help I have gotten from others, and online. I have already been off of work a week, and I can't see that I am going to be able to go back any time soon short of a mircle. (I need to go back to work). PLEASE HELP!
