I recommend Shaklee Basics. Contains Vita-Lea multi-vitamin/mineral, Vita-E, Vita-C, and B-Complex. Can also add the Energizing Soy Protein if desired.

I use these regularly and have had excellent results.

Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions.

My wife and I take VitaComplete, a liquid product from Vitabase. It is simply the best supplement I have ever seen with over 200 nutrients. It is also 100% vegetarian if you care about that. I've included a link below.

If you are looking for something cheaper, there are tons of great products out there. Try to stick with a name brand like NOW, Vitamin Shoppe, Source Naturals and you will be fine. I would avoid Walmart and some of the cheaper brands.

I like the Platinum Naturals Multi-Vitamin. It's a liquid gel-cap so that it's easily absorbed into the body. It also contain essential fatty acids.

take a woman or men's ultramega from GNC or vitamin world.
one in the a.m. and one in the p.m.
also, take 1 gram of C with each vitamin and about 400 units of E.

start drinking water all the time and you will feel AWESOME!!!

take care.

EDIT:
my doctor put me on this regimen before surgery and i felt so much better that i kept it up.
also, if you want a nice energy boost try out a nice b-complex.
i buy most of my vitamins at vitamin world or wal-mart. wal-mart has better prices, but vitamin world has rebate stuff.
