I have this thing that developes on my back right before the soulder blade ,it gets big like a pimple, but then gets really big and when I finally can pop it, this gross stinking stuff comes out in gops . I know it sounds sick but what is it and whats causing it ,A friend told me men can get this on the crack of there butte from not washing andhave to go to doctor to have it cut out

If that much stuff comes out of it then it is probably a boil or an abscess.
Have you gone to the doctor to have it checked out at all?
If it keeps coming back then you probably need an antibiotic to clear up the infection.
Check with your doctor. Meanwhile, using a warm compress over the area will help to draw out more of the fluid. Once this so called 'pimple' is opened, you may want to put some antibiotic oinment on it and cover it with a bandaid.

First of all what men get on their tailbone is called a Pilonidal Cyst and it is not caused from being dirty. It is rare to have though. It sounds like you have a boil and you should see your doctor for an antibiotic.

Its a cyst up under the skin (a big pimple)
If u ever get another , just put toothpaste on it and it will go down over night.
All it is , is a pimple that needs to come to a head. Toothpaste will knock this on down.
Put aloe vera on it once it is knocked down.

If it keeps refilling and it's in the same spot it is a sist. Not much you can do short of seeing a doctor.

that can be oil build up that gathers there in that spot go to the doctor and have it check out so it want end up being something serious

sounds like a boil or a carbunkle.
Doctors can lance and drain them. if they reoccur they can be remove surgically.
