How long will it take to heal? I found 2 tiny bumps on my right side. Could this be the staph infection?

One of the better ways to help heal your site is take a vitamin E casule and a needle and open the vitamin up and rub it on the site. Secondly, you don't have MRSA. A staph infection will cause at the site: redness, swelling, heat and pain. All of which you have not described. So as of right now, you don't have a MRSA infection. Plus not all infections will be MRSA either. as everything else...you can always check with your surgeon.

Yes it could be a staph infection but your doctor would be the one to decide. No one on this site can see your two tiny bumps and cannot give you a yes or no response. Note, I said could be, not that it is.

Please do not rely on anyone telling you a different response. Your doctor is the only one who can tell you. MRSA = Methicillin resistant staphylococcus infection. If you were treated for this, then you have a doctor who treated you. Please, see your doctor.

Best wishes to you.
