I have used almost every pill on the market for the last 12 years. I am glad you know about diet and exercise because you need it in order for any pill on the market to assist you. Depends what you want. Some of the pills like Hydroxy Cuts, Diet Fuel, Trim Spa , Slimage, Bally's Fitness Line of Fat Burners, Rev 21 are great but only if you are working out. If you do not they will all give you jitters, or anxiety. They all have caffine or energy supplements. Most diet pills do, with the purpose you work out longer and more. Smart Burn, NV, Slim Quick, Carb Cutters, and the Corti Slim have a lot of ingredients that do not necessarily give you added energy but do give you some stomach problems ( you loose weight if you can not keep food in you). I like the first list of diet pills but I work out 7 days a week so I like the extra kick. The best diet pills should have CLA, L Caritine, L Tyrosine, in them. They are all good for burning fat and promoting lean muscle. None of the pills work as good simce they took out Ephedine or MaHaung. Those were they most effective.

there are a number of diet pills that do have a weight-loss effect, but the effect is so small that it will not be noticeable. The only thing that I have seen on the market that does have a significant effect is ephedrine, but its effectiveness comes at a cost: potential dangerous side effects.

Do not listen to the media! All those weight loss pills are fake! DO NOT BELIEVE IT!! FAKE!!! They just want your money! I just finished a semester of a college Nutrition course with a registered dietitian, and believe me, if you want to lose weight, you HAVE TO WORK FOR IT! You need to have a good healthy diet, and you need to exercise regularly. That is all I can tell you.
