i have it in now for 2 and a half years,i have to get it changed in july,it is very effective but i can have the same problems with my periods,i used to get them for 2 or 3 weeks at a time,i said it to the doctor and she said to take 2 ponstan,i thought she was kidding,but when i tried it it stopped the period so now i have a good supply of ponston in the press
