can anyone explain to me wether during the first 10 days of a quite severe case of the above i noticed my body emitted quite an unusual odour moreso during bouts of fever symtoms. as the problem abated and i thought i was free of the problem it was 5 days later i continued to suffer the fever symtoms and a sense of imbalance of the inner ear which was further treated with antibiotics. as this cleared i continued to be aware of the same unusual odour moreso when breathing thru my nose, although the odour was not apparent externally as confirmed by my wife.
i can only assume this is related to the continued presence of some aspect of the campylobactor or am i wrong

I've always slept best on firm surfaces. During my high school years I slept on a firm couch from Ikea and love it. I hate sleeping in regular, soft beds. Makes my back hurt in the morning and I don't get good rest. No matter how long the sleep, I always appear tired.

For the past year i've slept on this type of bed; soft and springy and I hate it. It has made me lethargic. So I got rid of it a week ago. Now where this Queen Bed once was, Now there are an array of blankets on the floor. It feels so comfortable and I get great rest...but is there any problems that can arise from sleeping on the floor? Like perhaps back problems, though ironically I feel better in the mornings.

Also, if i should note: I dont use pillows. I always sleep on my stomach and wake up on my back. Thanks!

Also. On The Floor when I wake up, I quickly jump out of bed ready to take on the day but on a soft, springy bed it takes me 30minutes to an hour after the alarm rings to get up.

:-)

I'm 26 years old. I was on the second-to-last repetition on my final set of curls (free weights, standing bar curl), and I was struggling. So, like an idiot, I dipped my knees, pulled back my upper body, and tried to swing the bar up to chest level. I've always been such a stickler for gym safety, I don't know what I was thinking.

Anyway, it hurt intensely when it occurred, and though I gave it a couple months to heal, I still get quite a bit of pain on most days. It's about the middle of my lumbar region, though the pain radiates as far as my left hip on bad days.

Yes, I know I should have scheduled an appointment with the doctor a long time ago, but I have to admit, I've been putting off the visit mostly because I don't want to hear what he has to say. Still, I've swallowed my pride and made my appointment. So what can I expect him tell me I've done to myself?

I have Amblyopia, more comonly known as "lazy eye". I was found to have it at a young age, but wearing the patch didnt fix it. And now I find my vision gets worse every year. Its not real bad, but I am considered legally blind in one eye.

I went to specialists about this years ago. Where they told me there was nothing to be done. My husband dosent accepept that. He thinks there has to be something.

Does any one else have this? Was there anything done for you? Is your vision getting worse?

My husband comitted suicide seven weeks ago, and I'm still finding out new things from the sheriff about his death. Everybody is telling me carbon manoxide poisioning is a very peaceful death, but in deep conversation with my best friend, she told me she heard it was a very painful way to go. I'm just wondering what the love of my life put himself through in his last hours...
