You are a little young to be hitting the supplements.

I'd save your money and try to use food to gain weight and add muscle. Start keeping a food diary and make sure you consume about 350 - 600 more calories a day than you burn. I like the website http://www.fitday.com -- it's free and easy. It's a little bit of work, but to successfully gain weight you need to make sure you have enough food.

If you are set on getting supplements, Whey protein (any brand) can help you add muscle -- but the muscle will only come if you are lifting weights. There's also some weight gainer supplements you can buy as well that deliver 500 calories a serving -- but you could do the same thing at home by just eating an additional meal.

Good luck.

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/mhp/pro.html for at night and a whey protien isolate 30 min prior to weight lifting. the 12 hour protien breaks down slower giving you an elevated amino acid/protien level through the night and whey protien isolate gives a spiking to get amino's rushing through you while you work out. Only give yourself one scoop prior to lifting and one scoop of 12 hour at night.
